Christine was trained at The Bonnie Gordon School, Klara Johnson's School and is a graduate of the Georgian College in Hospitality Management.  Christine knows that the key to success is all about consistency and the best ingredients and is eager to share her knowledge with her students.  Christine currently lives and works in London Ontario and specializes in cupcakes and carved cakes.

Christine is also the London Administrator for Iron Cupcake.

Kathy is a semi-professional baker and decorator trying to learn all she can about cake decorating and aspiring to go fully professional in the near future. Kathy has been an active participant and proud supporter of Iron Cupcake:London, and I am looking forward to a new year of baking challenges!
