I have designed and decorated cakes for over two decades and have won numerous prestigious awards, featured in local, national and international magazines and newspapers and, appeared in various television shows.
I had the honour of designing and creating the ‘Mega City’ Inaugural cake for 1200 people and show cased in seven newspapers including Toronto Star, Globe & Mail and Sun.
I taught cake decorating from beginners to advanced including gum paste flowers at George Brown College (Toronto’s culinary school) for ten years and a Wilton Instructor for several years.
I was recognized as one of the ’50 premier cake designer’s of North America’ and my cake was displayed at the Grand Central Station in New York. I had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the talented decorator’s from various parts of United States.
Designed and created the cake for the movie ‘Cake’ starring Heather Graham, David Sutcliffe, Sandra Oh, Cheryl Hines, and Taye Diggs.
